ABOUT THE ARTWORK:

The cracked egg symbolizes the corruption of the whole, and gives a new opportunity for life. In a formal point of view the beginning of the crack is interesting for me, the splitted structure of the system.

I created geometric forms for the system of the shell, I didn’t sought for an organic solution. In the statue, the organic egg form appears, inside a geometric distortion is embedded in a way it creats connection with outside world.
